1. Services Provided

M N Cable provides high-speed broadband internet services, domain registration, and related technical support. We aim to provide 99.9% uptime, though scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occasionally cause brief interruptions.

2. User Responsibilities

As a subscriber to M N Cable, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Ensure your equipment is compatible with our network requirements.
• Not use the service for illegal activities, including copyright infringement or cyberattacks.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

3. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. Payments must be made on or before the due date. Failure to pay may result in temporary suspension or termination of service. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling M N Cable internet services to third parties without written consent.
• Bypassing network security or attempting unauthorized access to our infrastructure.
• Sending bulk unsolicited communications (spam).
• Using the service in a way that significantly degrades network performance for other users.

5. Equipment and Installation

M N Cable provides the fibre connection to your premises. Customers are responsible for their own routers and ONUs, though these may be purchased from us during installation. Installation fees are non-refundable once the service is active.

6. Termination

You may cancel your service at any time by providing notice before your next billing cycle. M N Cable reserves the right to terminate services for violation of these Terms without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

M N Cable shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or business interruptions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
